This kingsize mattress, bought 4 years ago for £350, for a spare room, has not been used, so it's in perfect condition (totally clean and totally undamaged). The only reason for giving it away is that it will not suit a forthcoming guest who has a back problem and who therefore must sleep on an extra-firm mattress (the mattress being offered here is medium-soft).
Collection has to be by vehicle no bigger than a supermarket grocery-van, to cope with a short section of steep lane near the house.
The house is located 20 minutes' drive from Presteigne, 20 minutes' drive from Knighton, and 30 minutes' drive from Llandrindod Wells.
