Pannier or milk crate (Spring Hill)

Fell off my bike today in the middle of traffic because the bag on my shoulder came loose so I figure it’s time to get some dedicated bike storage. Unfortunately my bike got messed up in the accident so I’m hoping to save some money by getting the storage second hand. I already have a rack so anything that I can attach to a rack would work great.
