Folio type thingie (SE DC (Ward 7))

Leather-ish black thingie with red string closure and additional Velcro closure under the flap. 10” x 13 1/2”. It’s thin so you can’t put a lot in there, but it would fit a small stack of papers. Barely used. A couple minor scuffs that are barely noticeable.
