60ml syringe to use for DIY job (Fox Hill S6)

Medical syringe, 60ml preferably. Also, if poss some tubing to fit, which I will use to unblock my fridge filter which is blocked. It's a lot of money to buy for such a little job, and can only buy in bulk, so just hoping someone wouldn't mind giving me one if they have a stock please.
