Epson WorkForce Pro WF 5620 with partially blocked printhead (Purley CR8)

Edit: Functions well as a black and white printer, scanner and copier. I was given this printer by a donor here as fully working, along with several sets of replacement cartridges. Having obtained the drivers etc online, printing was very faint. The cartridges were replaced but all but the black were still faint. Multiple [at least 10] nozzle cleaning cycles later, there was no change. I think it must have been left unused for a while and the ink dried out blocking the printhead. I went online for a solution and used the recommended technique of a solvent-soaked pad positioned underneath and pressed against the printhead [which is separate from the ink reservoirs and thus must have tubes connecting the two, unlike some small printers that have the cartridges riding on the printhead and directly connected to it]. I tried this three times [plus more cleaning cycles] which produced a very marginal improvement, as can be seen in one of the photos [black and blue print, magenta and yellow don't]. The next step apparently is to buy a special kit [for about £15 or so] which uses a syringe, plastic tube and a solvent to clean the printhead with pressured solvent. I am not a competent printer mechanic or willing to spend the time and cost to try this, or risk having to go further to using a professional repairer. It's a shame as this is an excellent printer, near top of the range small office quality, and so someone here may wish to take it on. I should also note it is very heavy to pick up and carry. Comes with a number of replacement cartridges.
