Spainsh learning books (Hillsborough S6)

Hi, can anyone help me please. Has anyone got any books on learning Spanish starting from the beginning and onwards please such as translation dictionary etc. I live in Hillsborough near the bus interchange and don't drive so the closer the better. I'm willing to travel if pick up is in daylight hours and close to a tramstop as I'm not very good on my feet. Thank you. Donna
