Self inflating, but unfortunately has a tear so does not deflate that small.
Still comfortable as is because it's quite thick, but no use to us going forward as it takes too much space.
Might be useful for someone for temporary guests, if you have a cupboard for it.
Only ever slept on about 2 holidays, with sleeping bags on top.
