elderly to keep warm (Reigate Surrey RH2)

I'd be extremely grateful to please re home any bedding, blankets, curtains, rugs, hot water bottles, draught excluders, carpet off cuts or anything suitable to help an elderly person try and stay a bit warmer. Their home is in very poor condition and having the heating on doesn't make a difference. They also only have floor boards. I am able to collect. Thank you for any considerations.
