Own-brand HP300 inkjet cartridges (Shirley borders)

I bought a pack of two Wilko "remanufactured" HP300 inkjet cartridges, one black, one colour, but my printer doesn't get on with them, so I thought I'd see if anyone wanted to try them. Hewlett Packard claim that they replace HP 703 and 901 as well.
According to Wilko, they should fit various HP DeskJet, Photosmart and Envy e-AIO printers (see photo for model numbers).
