disc cutter, ratchet straps, sweeping brush etc., (Thatcham RG18)

My young son is trying to set up his own business, but is struggling to get hold of used goods. He's looking for the following: disc cutter, petrol generator, industrial stiff sweeping brush, watering can, cement mixer, ratchet straps and a digger plant trailer.
