I have two eating apple trees that have been trained as espalier fans ( after a fashion) on wires between wooden poles that are now rotting and have to be removed. They have given fruit for a few years but could do better in a brighter spot. Not sure how well they will do when moved, but as they're now dormant it would certainly be worth trying. One is a James grieve apple, but I've forgotten what the other is.
If you're interested then you will have to dig them out with sufficient roots and remove yourself ASAP. I can't do it I'm afraid.
They're in West Runton and you'd need to do this in daylight and give yourself a good amount of time to do it. Plus they need to remain flat when you take them away to avoid too much damage.
