Broken - Toro leaf blower/mulcher (San Jose - Rose Garden)

Toro Ultra Blower/Vacuum model 51599. Requires power cord, not battery operated. Mechanically fine but there’s a broken wire buried inside a block of rubber which can’t be easily repaired so power tends to come and go. All the original parts, box, and manual included.
