swaging tool (Hither Green SE13)

I am trying to tie a large container down, with a tree in it, so it doesn't blow over, last time it got really windy the pot blew over and cracked so I had to buy a new pot.. I have stainless steel wire rope to do this and to make loops in the rope I have aluminium ferrules. I am told that these need to be 'crimped' or 'swaged' tightly to the rope and this is done with a Swaging tool which I don't have. I just need the tool for one project, does anyone have one that they don't need or something similar that would do the job - Size of ferrules is for 4mm rope.
