walker with seat (Willow Glen)

I'm hoping to help an 88-year old lady find a walker. Her children are not willing to help her obtain one, and she has to walk to buy her own groceries with lots of knee and leg pain. A walker that she can hang groceries on and occasionally sit and rest, would be so helpful to her. She is petite (barely 5' if that), so anything usable for a small person would be welcome.
