Electric toothbrushes & charger (Gayton CH60)

Both are working, but one is tricky to switch on and off, I would suggest a bit of duck tape or similar so can use fingernail. Other one works but doesn’t hold charge for more than day or two. Don’t need an exact time but please advise approximately so I can leave them outside ready.
