Warm Winter dog coat (07075 - Wood Ridge)

I have a warm, winter, waterproof small dog coat. Fits my smallish dog perfectly but he does not like that it covers his legs and won't walk in it. Owned for less than a month. I have a 19lb Chihuahua/Terrier mix that it fits just fine. Fastens with velcro (which is loud when taking on and off and he does not like that either). Also has a couple snaps, an elastic pull to snug in the neck area. Sturdy metal fasteners to attach leash and reflective strip. Elastic around legs. It's a nice coat if anyone wants it....it sure is cold out there!
