Plug in electric radiator (Wivenhoe CO7)

My daughter rents a very cold flat and the storage heaters have pumped out all their heat by the evening so we are looking for an electric heater, preferably a radiator style one. We would be hugely appreciative if anyone has one they don’t use. Can collect in and around Colchester. Many thanks
