Rowenta steam iron (Harmer Hill SY4)

Rowenta old but good quality electric steam iron with stainless steel sole plate. Can be used with tap water but needs a new gasket/sealant between the tank and iron body to prevent leaks - or use it as a dry iron? 5 miles south of Wem.
