Shipton Mill Organic White Flour 25kg bag (Edlesborough LU6)

This is a 25kg (yes twenty-five kilogram!) bag of organic white flour, best suited to bread-type baking (rather than cake baking):

It was delivered to us in error at the end of last month - -We had ordered a different type of flour from Shipton. As we had opened the bag (which is when we realised it was the wrong type of flour!), Shipton were unfortunately unable to take it back.

I would like this bag to go to some sort of community organisation/charity, so any replies should indicate what use they intend to put it to.
