Pipe Cutter for 4" pipe (Kent Island, Maryland)

If anyone, a plumber, or someone has a used Ridgid or other model pipe cutter that they no longer use, I can really use it and would appreciate it. See photo for how they usually look. I need to cut a lot of 4 inch PVC pipe and this would make it so much easier. THANKS!
