Treadmill (Derby DE23)

I bought this when I had to give up cycling due to physical problems(and aging!). I used it for only a few months when I had a slight stroke(a TIA) which affected my balance and it has stood silent for a year or three hoping that I would eventually be able to use it but now it wont work. I can't post a photo because my computer is also acting awkward. I hope someone will be able to fix it as it was a quite expensive piece of kit. The original box is in my cellar,I think.
