Ikea anglepoise lamp (Ludlow SY8)

This isn't working but not sure if it's just the bulb or if it has a fault.
Anyone electrically competent who would like to fix it? Useful item, base is very heavy.
Collection from central Ludlow or Hereford by arrangement.
