In good condition carpet (apart from iron mark hence why we need a new one!). The room is roughly 345cm x 375cm so you will be able to get a decent size chunk out of it for a smaller room. Will be fully pulled up by Saturday with underlay if anyone is interested. Will be taken to tip if not.
