Old model PlayStation 3 / PS3 with four USB ports in front (Erith DA17)

I was hoping if someone has an old model Playstation 3 / PS3, with four USB ports in the front for my son please. It is ok if it is dusty as I can clean it Working or non working as I maybe able to get it working for him using online help. Please If anyone has a model with four USB ports in the front, I will greatly appreciate it
