Ready to pass along this light therapy box that emits full spectrum light for 15, 30 or 45 minutes at a go, for helping to wake up in the morning and combatting seasonal affective disorder. I haven't used it in a few years (getting outside early every morning is what does the trick for me now) and wanted to pass it on to whoever might find it useful. Pickup on weekends, please!
