[Faulty] 1970s Music Center (Alnwickhill EH16)

Broken / faulty Philips stereo music center, model 1410. Comes with the original wood-veneer covered speakers. Has record player (33rpm and 45rpm), cassette tape, and radio (FM, MW, LW). Also has an aux input for e.g. a CD player or MP3 player.

It unfortunately has quite a few issues: the main one being that there is no output from the speakers. The headphones output works (very crackly when adjusting the volume), but nothing from the speakers. It could be as simple as the internal switch in the headphone jack being stuck on (since it should cut off the speakers when headphones are plugged in) or might be more complex. Playing a record works but the speed is a bit slow, the cassette tape physically moves but makes an odd "clunking" noise and there's no sound output. The radio (FM) seems to work, haven't tried MW or LW as there aren't any stations.

Definitely only suitable for someone with the interest / experience to repair and restore it - this would not be a good "first" turntable unless you fancy a project! To avoid misunderstandings, please acknowledge this when replying.
