older laptop (Monrovia)
Almost any older laptop will do! Windows 10 or 11, Windows Home is fine. Has to have functional charger and screen. If it's within the last 15 years, Its Fine. I can't really go past Frederick city (north) or Kentlands (south) for this. I do not drive myself.
