I have two of these bed frames my kids have out grown. Both come with a INNERLIG Ikea mattress (with fire labels). They've always had protectors on and are in very good condition. The bed frames are also in good condition but have a few marks where the bed has been extended and scraped the paint.

One frame is complete, the second frame has two bolts missing which hold one end of the bed slats in place. This can be worked around by using cable ties or something similar to hold them in place. Construction instructions are on the ikea website.
