These 3 Dome CCGV cameras were removed from my soffit boards last year when we had them replaced - they were not connected up to any CCTV system when we moved into the house so I cannot comment on when they were last working
As you can see from the pictures some come with connectors others not & some have dirt inside them
I cannot see any makers name on them, but have not opened up the devices.
