I’ve just moved in to a new property, and am getting rid of some existing furniture. The elderly gentleman lived alone, and kept things generally in great condition, although I think the flat has been vacant for some years.
This 2-seater sofa is in good, strong condition, and fairly modern... there are some stains on the seat cushions, although they could probably come out with a good clean/wash. Could always replace them, or put a Throw over it.

Free to pick up for anyone that wants it. You’ll need a small van (maybe a ZipCar minivan), and no big move issues... it’s being stored in a garage, so can be picked up roadside.
