Smart watch (Balgriffin)

I’m looking for a smartwatch basically to keep track of my steps. I bought a cheap 1 but it’s adding steps when I’m just moving my arm sitting down 🤯 I’ve a spinal cord injury but back on my feet after 7 1/2 months in the NRH, so want to keep track of my steps.
