We are replacing part of our foot cedar garden fence. Would anyone like to use the old wood? The 20 vertical boards are about 5 foot 8 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 1 inch thick (nominal). The posts are 8 inches by 8 inches. The parts of the posts that are in the ground are rotted. The tops and bottoms of the boards are worn, but the wood isn't rotten (after all, it's cedar).
In order to use the boards, you'd need to disassemble them from the 2x4s they are nailed to (3 nails per board), unless you'd like to reuse them as gates (about 5 foot wide each).
