More books needed to keep the community bookshelf at Penrith train station stocked to continue raising vital funds for Penrith mountain rescue team.
Paperback fiction please, No thanks to heavy hard back non fiction, as these are less popular on train journeys!
Books can be dropped off in main booking hall / waiting room area. if no staff are around they can be left by the desk. Or alternatively, please get in touch and we can arrange to collect locally. We have raised over £11,000 so far from this , Thank you for kind Freeglers who have previously donated books to help keep it going.
