Red gloves, red shorts and red ankle socks or boots (Hala LA1)

I am dressing up as Captain Planet for a carnival. I have trouble finding those items. It is old cartoon from my childhood and he is blue but wearing red over pants/undies and red long gloves and red boots( socks would so).
