This door has been removed from between a garage and the house, so maybe a fire door? It is extremely heavy, so we believe it is solid.
We also believe it is an original door of the property which dates from the late 1950s.
As you can see from the picture the door is scratched in one area, looks like a dog has done that. The other side is covered by an additional panel so we don't know its condition.
So it's possible re-use as a door may not be feasible, but maybe someone is looking for a chunk of well seasoned solid wood for a project? Maybe a guitar body?
