Carlton Courette Bike (Summertown , OX2)

I got this bike off this site as a project as needs work and cannot be ridden immediately.
Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed recently and she needs to go to a loving person, who can restore her to her famous glory.

Below is the information from previous owner:
"The bike has a new seat and basket but needs doing up. Will need to be collected as it isn't safe to ride at the moment"
It needs to go ASAP due to imminent house move.
