Paddling pool, could be duck pond/wildlife pond (St Just TR19)

I found this in the street, it has a small crack near handle (see pic ) which could be mended with duct tape, but no cracks in the base/sides. Would be great to see this used ! Depth approx 8inch/20 cm. Diameter 41 inch/104 cm. Width. 32 inch/82 cm.
