Geared mountain or commuter bicycle (Collegelands G1)

I'm a student and my bike got stolen in Shawlands. It was my only way to get to uni and work. I can't really afford to buy a new one, so I want to use a bike until I save up to get a proper one. If anyone has a spare one they haven't been using for long, do let me know. Cheers!
