Chin ups, dips, pull ups, push ups, etc. You get the idea. Decent shape. I just don't use it anymore and I'm moving. Need to downsize. I'm sure it can be taken apart for easier transport, but would be easier if you have a truck. I have some tools if you want to try to dismantle it some.
