Night Light Only-Monitor Not Working (CT11)

These are parts from a baby monitor system that no longer works.
The other bits have already gone to the dump.
These work as night lights, it's a low blue glow meant to be okay to sleep with.
I use one for my daughter's room so she's not in total dark.
They plug in.
Just seeing if useful to anyone, before I take to the dump next week.
