Bed Base (Eccles M30)

Hello everyone, I have the exact same bed as shown in the first frame, but for some reason, I’m struggling to assemble it correctly. I’m looking for a new bed base like the one in the other slides or someone who can help me fix the bed in the first slide. I’d really appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
