I have a brand new ~20"/51cm white fan with a base unit that allows it to be attached to the wall. It's never been used and with the warmer weather (somewhere) round the corner, I hope it will benefit someone who will use it as opposed to keeping it in storage for the last year.
I don't believe I have the user manual (I'll have a rummage around) but I'm sure it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
