long handled branch lopper - wd3 (Heronsgate WD3)

This is a very long branch looper. Was working fine for many years until the string snapped last week. Decided to invest in a new one. If you would like to have a go at fixing it, you’re most welcome, otherwise it will be binned. The long handle might need some work to get it to telescopically reduce in length.
