Garden tamper (Kilmarnock)

I'm hoping someone has an old garden tamping tool they no longer need as I'm trying to renovate my garden at as low cost as possible 😭

Currently it's extremely weed ridden and needing uneven and potwntially needs a wall built to make it less of an eyesore and suitable for my son to play in for summer, any help is greatly appreciated i just cannot justify the expense of a new one at the moment 💙
