Vintage child's high chair or low chair and table. (Bagshot GU19)

This multi-role item was very useful when our children were young in the 1970's.
Our grandchildren used to argue about who should sit in it when they visited (they used it without the tray at the dining table) .
 A new owner would probably consider that it need refurbishment, replacing the padding and cover on the seat and back.
 5 components:
a woodenbase with a padded top that itself has three roles: a stand-alone stool, or the base of a high chair, or the base of a table.
the wooden chair that can be used as the top of a high chair, or as a low chair - perhaps in conjuntion with the table.
a wooden table top that can be affixed to above-mentioned base.
a white plastic tray that can optionally be fitted to the chair.
a detachable wooden foot rest on the chair.
