A fair few Jerusalem Artichoke tubers for growing on. They can be used in soups, stews, salad and coleslaw. Very low maintenance and grow like mad - these easily get to 3m in height so need growing against a fence or supported in some way once they get a bit taller, just to keep them upright when it's windy!
