Oral irrigator for cleaning teeth (Silverhill TN37)
This is basically a device for sluicing between your teeth. It has a number of different settings, is still in its packaging with instruction booklet and seven nozzles for family use still in unopened packets. Used once, in pristine condition. Charges with USB cable. It was recommended by my dental hygienist but I didn't get on with it.
