Cast iron casserole with lid (Hoole CH2)

I'm wanting to try bread making but need a cast iron casserole with fitted lid. The recipe is for a large loaf cooked in a large dish but I'm looking to bake a medium loaf so assume I'll need a medium casserole dish with lid? Not really sure so grateful for either/both?? Thanks.
