Desk lamp - broken (South Acton, W4)

This lamp is not working so best for someone who is excited about fixing it.

The reason it’s not working is that part of the on/off switch has broken and been lost (photo 2 shows the side without the switch, photo 3 shows the side with the switch). Is that fixable? I don’t know. I didn’t even know that bit came in two parts.

Folded like in photo 1 it is 55cm high. Full extent is about 90cm. Base is 15cm x 15cm.
