Thule roof rack foot kit part 30808 (Standlake OX29)

I have a THULE Roof rack but I am missing 2 rubber parts as shown in the photo. On the diagram it's part 30808. I am also missing a key. The model is M 3403 foot pack. Struggling to find spare parts anywhere (very old) If any spare parts or roof rack for a car without rails thats not being used I'd really like to make use of it. Many thanks
